in excellent used condition as shown. I have not tested the wifi/app so listed as plug and charge only. If new owner finds it works with WiFi then its a bonus. Picture 10 shows it during a successful test with my Rolec EV Chargecheck. A visual internal inspection showed no detrimental signs. Internal components have been security marked and recorded.
