used about 3 times before we got our 7kw hypervolt home EV charger. comes with a IP66 weather rated RCD protector heavy duty specially made fused 13A up rated extension to stop your socket overheating and fire risk. worth about £70 new. 6.1m length plus approx 2m RCD extension which goes into a normal UK plug socket if you are charging through a normal socket this is the safest way to charge unattended. the socket in our garage at higher amps got extremely hot without the specially made adapter. so in total you get approx 8m total length for the cable which is suitable for almost all applications
