The key is missing but the charger ON/OFF switch is in the ON position so just plug it in and charge. It is shown charging my EV in pictures 10 & 11. The output can be adjusted from 16amp/3.7kw to 30amp/7kw or vice versa by simply pressing the red buttoned switch shown in picture 9.
